We will ship via US mail or UPS.  If you have a preference, please let us know otherwise; we will ship in the most ecconomical way.

     Soon, you'll receive your sceneries.  Every effort is made to see that your order arrives in good condition.  Should your order be accidently damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately and we will take care of it right away.  We believe in our products and in keeping our customers happy.  If there is a problem, please call us.
   
     Please note that the woods used in these sceneries may vary slightly from the scene you see in our sample images.  Wood grains and tones vary widely within the same wood types and what may appear as a blemish may be a natural characteristic of that wood species.  Occasional substitutions are made to keep the color contrast balanced.  One of the reasons we love wood so much is because of the unusual patterns and colors that occur naturally.
